We are currently seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused team player who enjoys using their technical expertise to troubleshoot complex problems while supporting enterprise level, business critical applications. This dynamic position requires the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and to communicate effectively with end users.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Provide technical support to users of mobile & cloud applications.
2. Ability to provide Phone and email support.
3. Willing to travel and meet clients in person on site.
4. Put customers first while delivering a world-class level of support.
5. Troubleshoot complex programming issues and provide possible solutions.
6. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
7. Have good hands on experience working on Android, iPhone and have basic knowledge of CRM and Web support tools.
8. Work within operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix with a fundamental understanding of standard programming languages.
9. Assist Engineering team with development initiatives as needed.
1. Have worked as technical support engineer in any software company.
2. Strong understanding of programming languages, scripting, and web server standards
3. Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix
4. Have graduate in any streams. Advantage if having a computer knowledge.
