Urgent Opening for Management ?Consultant
??3 to 4 years of experience in management consulting role while carrying out above mentioned responsibilities in projects for start-ups/services based organizations?
1+ year of experience while working with various stakeholders and clients in a start-up organization.
Support and contribute to consulting assignments through Primary and Secondary research, Data collation, hypothesis testing, use of advanced business statistics, interpretation and analysis, Presentation / Report preparation, Creation and application of consulting & research frameworks.
Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Statistics/Analytics?
MBA (General Management/Strategy/Consulting) from premier institutes (IIMs/IITs/NITs/topnotch government and private institutes/universities). Dual specializations (Finance and Marketing, HR and Marketing) will be preferred?

?Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ/Exemplar Global or other accredited organization. ?
Preferred Domain Knowledge: ?HR, Finance, Marketing?
?Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems.
Creates efficiency and ensures productivity by pre-empting and adapting to changes in scope and resource priorities during the project.
Should have managed or lead independently on projects and made presentations to key stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) - ability to communicate with department heads.
